Upon receiving the merchandise, you have 14 days to initiate a return. To qualify, the merchandise must remain unused and in its original condition with the original packaging. Please ensure that all returns are shipped within this 14-day window as well.

Specific return policies apply to the following goods:

  • Skincare and Beauty Products: Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items with all tamper-resistant seals intact.
  • Swimming Suits, Underwear, Bikini Bottoms, and Briefs: Returns may not be accepted if the hygiene liner has been removed or if the items are soiled. Please try them on over underwear.
  •  Face Masks: These items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Customization: Items that have been personalized or customized are not eligible for return or refund.
  If provided, please include any branded packaging, such as dust bags, jewelry boxes, and clothing tags, in your return otherwise the return may not be accepted. 


Once the vendor has received your valid return, an email will be sent to notify you about the status of your returned item, indicating whether it has been accepted or rejected.

If your return is accepted, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Order Cancellations

Orders that have not yet been marked as shipped can be canceled for a full refund. If the order has already been marked as shipped, you may return the item once you receive it.


Orders will be dispatched directly by each independent brand using their chosen delivery services. If you have ordered from multiple brands, your products may arrive at different times and in separate packages.


To process an exchange, please file for a return and repurchase the desired product. At this time, we do not have an exchange policy in place. 

Taxes and Duties

At checkout, the displayed price will not include import duties and sales taxes. Please note that you may encounter additional charges upon receiving your order.

Damaged Items

In case an item is delivered faulty or damaged, kindly report the damage to [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the item. Please include images displaying the damage in your report. However, it's essential to note that items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse will not be considered faulty.
